On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are pleased to inform you that we have retained Coastal Property Management as our new Property Manager effective Monday, June 1, 2020.

Coastal is a local company with offices in Stuart and Tequesta.  They have a stellar reputation managing dozens of Associations.  Among their managed properties, several are here on Hutchinson Island including Little Ocean Club, Little Ocean Place, Suntide and Joe’s Point.

Our new on-site Manager is Kris DeCesare.  She will be on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00-12:00.  Contact information for Kris and Coastal Property Management is as follows:
